Homes Offering Positive Education

HOPE has been formed to support and encourage all homeschoolers in Council bluffs and surrounding areas, regardless of the reasons for homeschooling, philosophy, or methods of instruction. This is done through support meetings, a monthly newsletter and a variety of activities.  Check with your local American Legion and VFW posts. They often have flag (destruction) ceremonies and other presentations that you can be a part of.
